Every Standard of Eternity piece is made to order. Production takes 2–5 business days. After dispatch, delivery typically takes:
UK: 3–6 business days
Europe: 4–9 business days
USA & Canada: 5–9 business days
Rest of World: 7–14 business days

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Once approved, the item must be shipped back within 14 days. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
We don’t offer direct exchanges — for a different size or item, return the original for a refund and place a new order.

Hoodies and tees can be machine washed — cold, inside-out, with mild detergent. Skip the fabric softener. Snapbacks are hand-wash only — reshape and air dry flat to keep their shape. For full details, read our Care Instructions.
