Every Standard of Eternity piece is created to be worn with purpose. As each item is made to order, our return policy is designed to remain fair, clear, and aligned with the integrity of the brand.

Made-to-Order Items
All Standard of Eternity products are made to order. This means each item is produced specifically for you once your order is placed.
Returns are accepted under the conditions outlined below.
30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Once your return is approved, the item must be shipped back within 14 days.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted or refunded.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a refund, items must be returned:
• Unworn and unused
• Unwashed
• In original condition
• Free from damage, marks, hair, lint, or scent
• With original packaging where possible
Items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, or use will not be eligible for a refund and may be returned to sender.
Standard of Eternity reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
We strongly encourage customers to review the size guide carefully before purchasing.
Items returned without approval, returned to the wrong address, or lost in transit without tracking may not be eligible for refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you require a different size or item, return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
This ensures the fastest and most reliable service.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will resolve it.
Email hello@standardofeternity.com within 30 days of delivery, including:
• Your order number
• Clear photos showing the issue
Once verified, a replacement or full refund will be issued.
Claims submitted after 30 days of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Return Shipping
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service. Standard of Eternity is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
International Returns
If returning an item from outside the United Kingdom:
• Mark the parcel as Returned Goods
• Ensure customs documentation is completed correctly
Any customs duties, taxes, or fees associated with returning the item remain the responsibility of the customer.
Any fees incurred due to incorrect customs declarations may be deducted from the refund.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Your payment provider may require additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
Standard of Eternity reserves the right to refuse refunds that do not comply with this policy.
Delivery Issues
Standard of Eternity is not responsible for delivery delays caused by couriers, customs, or external shipping factors outside of our control.
However, if your order is lost in transit, please contact us at hello@standardofeternity.com and we will assist in resolving the issue.
Governing Law
This return policy is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
