Order Processing

All Standard of Eternity products are made to order. This allows us to maintain quality, reduce waste, and ensure every piece meets our standard.

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Shipping Estimates

United Kingdom:  
Estimated delivery: 3–6 business days after dispatch

Europe:  
Estimated delivery: 4–9 business days after dispatch

USA & Canada:  
Estimated delivery: 5–9 business days after dispatch

Rest of World:  
Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days after dispatch

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

These delivery estimates are based on typical Printful fulfillment and shipping times and may vary depending on destination and courier conditions.

Tracking

All orders include tracking.

You will receive your tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to follow your parcel throughout the delivery process.

International Shipping & Customs

Standard of Eternity ships worldwide.

Depending on your location and where your order is fulfilled, customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees may apply. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Where possible, orders are fulfilled from the nearest production facility to reduce delivery times and minimise the likelihood of customs fees.

Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of purchase.

Standard of Eternity is not responsible for delivery issues, delays, or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

Delivery Delays

Most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe. However, delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues, customs clearance, public holidays, weather conditions, or local postal service disruptions.
